Thank you for your registration to All Saints Catholic School.
Please note: Your registration is NOT complete until the following items are received/completed:
- Tuition Deposit: $200 per family non-refundable tuition deposit-applied toward tuition (new and current families).
- Registration Fee: One time, non-refundable registration fee $100/1 student; $150/2 students; $200/3+ students (new families only).
- Establish a FACTS tuition plan via FACTS website – New families and any current ASCS family that does not already have an established FACTS account. (Current families who are enrolled in FACTS, will be automatically enrolled in the same plan as in past years unless a request to change is made through the ASCS business office. (262)925-4005)
- Most current report card and test scores, if entering grade 1-8 (new students only). Please submit to the Administrative office.
- If you are a current ASCS family, your 2022-23 tuition, lunch, and Cardinal Care accounts must be current.
Additional documents to be submitted to the Administrative office:
- Parishioner verification form due to the Administrative office by April 17, 2023 (submit to become eligible to receive parishioner discount 1 student/$500; 2 students/$600; 3+ students/$700).
- Student’s original birth certificate (new students only) due to the Administrative office by Supply Drop Off day in August.
- Updated immunization record- due to the Administrative office by Supply Drop Off day in August.
If you are paying your tuition deposit/registration fee by check, please bring it to the office or mail it to All Saints Catholic School, 4400 22nd Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53140.
