Hello! My name is Melissa Laughlin. The 2018-2019 school year will be my third year at All Saints Catholic School, North Campus.
I teach 5th grade at All Saints Catholic School, North Campus. I also, teach 5th grade reading/language arts.
A little bit about my background...
After a fifteen year career in Human Resources, I decided to go back to school to pursue a career in education.
I graduated from Cardinal Stritch University, obtaining my license in Early Childhood/Middle Childhood (Pre-K through 6th grade).
I felt compelled to pursue a career in the area of education, as I’m passionate about teaching others. Furthermore, I love children and thoroughly enjoy watching them grow and learn. I appreciate all children and their individuality.
I chose to pursue a career in Catholic education, as I believe in the combination of rigorous academics, while nurturing a child's spiritual growth. My own children attend All Saints Catholic School and I truly believe in the education that they are receiving!
"Together we will teach children to see the world through the eyes of Christ and to model the lives of the Saints in a rigorous academic environment."
I'm looking forward to a year full of learning, laughter, and love for God!
