All Saints Catholic School Volunteer Form
VOLUNTEER PREPARATION
The Archdiocese of Milwaukee defines a school volunteer as any adult who works with children more than two times per semester. All school volunteers are required to complete the Safeguarding all of God’s Children Training Session and to submit the signature page from the Archdiocesan Code of Ethics and the Mandatory Reporting Responsibilities to the parish coordinator. The parish requires all parents to do the same. Volunteers complete and sign a standard volunteer application. The parish conducts criminal background checks on all volunteers. The Safeguarding all of God’s Children registration can be done at www.archmil.com.
